Chouinard Red Wine Our latest red table wine is a blend of Zin and Cabernet Sauvignon with light strawberry flavors and subtle toast and oak flavors produced from aging in small American Oak barrels.

Smoky-peppery, cherry flavors and aromas in this Palomares Canyon Cab complimented with French oak and a hint of mint.

2002 Cabernet Sauvignon

Hog Canyon Vineyards
A small crop load on this young vineyard produced tiny berries with deep color, firm tannin and intense flavor. Open top fermentation with frequent hand punch down to maximize extraction yields a rich cab with black cherry flavor and ample tannins. $216.00/case $20.00/btl

Gustavino Vineyard
Gustavino Vineyards. These grapes are grown in a nearby Palomares Canyon Vineyard. This Vintage yielded a medium bodied Petite Sirah with deep color and nice plumy fruit with minty undertones.

2005 Petite Sirah Mendocino I purposely bottled and released this ’05 Petitie Sirah very early to showcase the varietal character of the Petite Sirah Grape. Young, fresh and still very “grapey” like freshly cut fruit,
This wine has delightful plum/berry flavor and aromas with deep color, crisp acidity and a solid tannin backbone round out this wonderful Petite Sirah.

Deep color is a given with Alicante, but the 2003 vintage is exceptionally complex, concentrated and rich. Berry and grenadine flavors mingle with oak, toast and minty undertones. In my opinion, the best Alicante Bouschet we’ve produced so far.

2004 ChardonnayLivermore Tropical fruit flavors and aromas characteristic of this region's fruit are combined with oaky and buttery notes to produce this well-rounded and complex Chardonnay. $194.40/case

2005 Chardonnay Livermore We’ve been searching for a good source of Chardonnay and we found it locally at Sblendaria Estates. This is a small vineyard and Sblend put a lot of care into producing quality fruit. The vintage is the product of cold fermentation, oak aging and a secondary malolactic fermentation. The finished wine combines oak, vanilla and butterscotch flavors and aromas in a Chardonnay with a creamy and full mouth feel and lasting finish.

Granny Smith Apple Wine Granny’s back. Crisp and delicious made from 100% Green Granny Smith Apples. The Granny variety has a unique flavor and healthy acidity to produce a crisp, fresh and delightfully fruity wine. Our processing is entirely in Stainless Steel tanks and cold fermentation is geared to accentuating and maintaining varietal character. The wine is lightly sweetened by the addition of fresh juice just prior to bottling.
This adds sweetness but most importantly fresh Granny Smith flavors
and aromas.
