I purposely bottled and released this ’05 Petitie Sirah very early to showcase the varietal character of the Petite Sirah Grape. Young, fresh and still very “grapey” like freshly cut fruit,
This wine has delightful plum/berry flavor and aromas with deep color, crisp acidity and a solid tannin backbone round out this wonderful Petite Sirah.

We’ve been searching for a good source of Chardonnay and we found it locally at Sblendaria Estates. This is a small vineyard and Sblend put a lot of care into producing quality fruit. The vintage is the product of cold fermentation, oak aging and a secondary malolactic fermentation. The finished wine combines oak, vanilla and butterscotch flavors and aromas in a Chardonnay with a creamy and full mouth feel and lasting finish.
