Chardonnay 2009
Livermore |
We've been searching for a good source of Chardonnay and we found it locally at Sblendaria Estates. This is a small vineyard and Sblend put a lot of care into producing quality fruit. The vintage is the product of cold fermentation, oak aging and a secondary malolactic fermentation. The finished wine combines oak, vanilla and butterscotch flavors and aromas in a Chardonnay with a creamy and full mouth feel and lasting finish. |
